This event is very beneficial to the members. Each group/ workshop researches a health topic and presents it during the health fair. It is an encouraging way for members to think of ways to better themselves to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Member Prom
This event is quickly becoming one of the member’s and staff’s favorites. The members, along with a few staff, serve as the official Prom Committee and plan everything from the theme, decorations, music and the food/ beverages that will be served. The theme changes every year!
